View and download all transaction documents, including purchase agreements and amendments, loan documents, title commitments, Schedule B documents, real estate settlement statements and all other closing documents, etc. View black-line changes to title commitments, settlement statements, and other documents View in real time all file updates and document revisions Sort deals by transaction status (whether open, closed or cancelled) Upload additional project documents Obtain contact information for all parties to the transaction
