Molly M. Busch serves as the Director of Commercial Services on Thomas Title & Escrow’s National Commercial Services team. She is primarily responsible for developing and cultivating client relationships throughout the U.S.
From 2014-2015, Ms. Busch was a Senior Associate Broker at CBRE’s Phoenix office, specializing in retail investment sales. During her 18 months in brokerage, her team closed more than $75 million in retail transactions ranging from single tenant to community center product. Ms. Busch was also responsible for all team marketing efforts.
Before CBRE, Ms. Busch was the Director of Athletics Marketing and Fan Development at Grand Canyon University. She oversaw the athletic marketing efforts during the school’s transition year from NCAA II to Division I. Ms. Busch was directly responsible for selling out 12 of 12 home basketball games in a 5,000-seat arena for the Men’s Basketball’s inaugural Division I season.
Ms. Busch originally joined Thomas Title & Escrow in 2007 as Director of Business Development. Over her six-year tenure, Ms. Busch helped increase sales by double digits each year. She also created the marketing department, as well as conceptualized and executed company events and promotions. In 2012, Ms. Busch was promoted to Senior Vice President and relocated to Texas to spearhead the firm’s first out-of-state expansion. She oversaw all regulatory, licensing and compliance matters.
Ms. Busch also has worked as an independent filmmaker. In 2006, she wrote, produced and directed a feature-length documentary film focused on the culture and competition of NCAA Division I athletics. The film, Between the Water and the Wood, was shown at regional film festivals and garnered awards.
Ms. Busch received her B.S. in business marketing from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. She holds an Arizona real estate license.
