Jeff Sutherlin has nearly 16 years of experience in the real estate industry and prior to that seven years working for the largest microprocessor manufacturer in the world, Intel Corporation. Equipped with his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and his MBA in sales and marketing, Jeff brings knowledge and real life experience to the real estate industry.

In 2001, Jeff obtained his real estate license and became the 2nd highest producing sales agent at KB Home. He ended up as a Regional Sales Manager for KB Home and closed 900 transactions in his territory in one year while managing 20 sales agents and ten communities. In 2004, Jeff shifted gears and became the team leader for Keller Williams where he was instrumental in growing two franchises to over 500 agents. At Keller Williams, Jeff was also given the title of Master Faculty Instructor at Keller Williams Realty International, where he taught thousands of agents and brokerage owners throughout the United States on growth strategies for their business.

In 2009, Jeff was the co-founder and President of a local real estate company in Phoenix, United Brokers Group (UBG). In just six years, Jeff amassed a strong company with over 200 agents. UBG was and still is known for its dynamic and professional culture and was named “Real Estate Company of the Year” by the Real Estate Achievement Awards.

Jeff left the brokerage side of the business in 2015 and since then has been a leader in the title and escrow arena. Jeff has been asked to speak and train for countless organizations such as lenders, title companies, real estate companies, networking groups, local government, and even doctor offices. Jeff is known for his motivation, positivity, and his development of others.

At Reliant Title Agency, he will be at the heart of the operation, helping to bring on strong team players that believe in adding value to our award winning culture. Jeff has been married to his bride, Alex, for 23 years and for fun, Jeff loves to spend time with his family, especially attending sporting events with his children. He is also very involved with his church, Christ’s Greenfield Lutheran Church.
